• Our Gp-2 Jacket is fully lined with breathable mesh lining and has one inside zip pocket. It has four outside zippered pockets in the front. It has a heavy duty main zipper with Velcro closure on the collar. Two Velcro adjust on both sleeves and cuff zippers. All zippers are top quality YKK.
• All critical seams are Safety Lock Stitched. (see Safety Lock Stitching in the Cycleport Dictionary)

• Emergency Information Pocket: If you crash and are unconscious or can’t move, this is the place to have Emergency Information. Blood type, allergies etc. can be put on a plastic card for quick easy to see important information for the paramedics or doctor. We use a bright red Stretch Kevlar panel and sew it on top of the right shoulder. It stays shut with a strong Velcro closure and has a pull tab for quick access. If you’re laying on your back or front side, this pocket can still be seen. $19.00
• Velcro on Reflective.
• www.leatt-brace.com. We add a collar to the jacket that can be zipped on/off and the Leatt Neck Brace can be worn. We use a strong heavy duty YKK Zipper to attach the collar section when the brace is not being used. This custom collar has the same Polar Fleece on the inside with a Stretch Kevlar outside material. Clear Velcro Pocket. 6” long and 4” wide. This pocket can be used for maps or identification to enter secure facilities. This pocket attaches very quickly with Velcro, and can be taken on and off in seconds. Unless specified, we put this pocket on the left sleeve $29.

About Kevlar
Why is this better? The Stretch Kevlar is 5 times stronger than leather and less than half the weight. See "Save Your Hide" to learn more about the tear and abrasion strength. The world's first all season Road Racing Jacket that will take you from -20F to 85F with optional two part Waterproof/Windproof/Breathable zip in Aero-Tex liner. Remove the liner and have a fully breathable jacket that will take you from 60f to 120F. You don't need two or three different riding outfits for different weather. With the optional Aero-Tex Jacket Liner the GP-2 Kevlar Jacket is great for any weather.
When sliding on pavement with any leather, heat is generated instantly. If no hole is worn through, in many cases, the rider will have a burn under the leather from heat generated from friction during the slide. The GP-2 Kevlar Jacket is made from a weave of three threads. Kevlar, Lycra and Dynatec. Both Kevlar and Lycra are fire retardant materials and will not transfer heat as severely as leather or any textile materials.

The GP-2 Kevlar Jacket has the highest tear strength of any other brand motorcycle jacket ever made! 420 pounds to tear with equal abrasion strength to brand new competition grade leather. Take your body weight and multiply that by the speed on a motorcycle. The best competition grade leather tears at 110 pounds. In many cases just after a few months of use the leather looses tear/abrasion strength and can tear/abrade at a low speed tumble! Even after ten years of use the GP-2 Kevlar Jacket maintains it original tear/abrasion strength. No other leather suit or synthetic suit has proper seam strength. Cycleport Safety Lock Stitches all of the construction seams that will provide more than 2000lbs. of strength
Colors

• Motoport manufactures this Kevlar Jacket at our factory in San Marcos California so repairs/alterations can be made quickly in house. Motoport can make any size jacket. Custom sizing charges can apply. After receiving your measurements we can advise about any custom charges.
• Clean by tossing into a washing machine armor and all. Doesn't shrink/harden or ever need to be reconditioned.
