CORDURA STREET JEAN (620 DENIER)
Material in this Cordura Street Jeans is made from an uncoated soft breathable 620 Denier Cordura. The 1000 Denier Cordura is a more open weave that breathes better than the 620 Denier. The 620 Denier breathes similar to Denim jeans (See Save Your Hide for material strengths).
 
This is the only nylon Levi-style Pant that has no Polyurethane coating—Will Not Melt Into Your Skin.

Features
•    World's top rated, lightweight, perforated Tri-Armor that fully covers: full knee/shin and full wrap-around thigh armor. Thin, closed-cell, perforated EVA Foam is sewn into the upper hip areas. All Tri-Armor is in Velcro-secured pockets and can be removed.  Motoport’s Tri-Armor covers more of the body than any other motorcycle apparel available. This provides the world's best overall coverage for impact protection.

Options
•    Quad-Armor - a four-layer system that is the highest rated impact-absorbing armor in the world.  Quad-Armor protects full wrap around thigh and knee/shin.  Quad-Armor has passed and exceeded the new EN Certification and covers more of the body than any other brand. •    Hip armor is also available upon request. Motoport uses a thin Closed-Cell EVA foam that is perforated and sewn in the upper hip areas. If Motoport puts a thick or stiff armor in the hip area it would dig into the thighs in a riding position. This thin armor offers significant impact protection yet is very comfortable. Optional Hip Armor $49.00.
•    Recommended: the pant cuffs can be made with a zippered/Velcro closure. Standard jean cuffs can ride up the legs in a tumble. If the cuffs are not secured on the boots the knee armor can also fall down half way below the knee cap, when standing. Loose cuffs against the boots will also expose half the knee caps in a tumble.  $29.00
•    Note: If a waist cut jacket is to be worn the pant can be ordered with a maximum 13" length zipper to connect with waist length Jacket - $29.00. Motoport can also put the other side of the zipper on that can be sewn into any waist cut jacket. Full waist zippers cannot be used with the jean cut. It is not necessary to zip a 3/4 length jacket to any pant.
•    1.5” or 1” Scotchlite Reflective can be put down the outside of both legs. $29.00

Sizing
These pants are made per your order in your exact size. All sizes can be made. Custom sizing and alterations are available. You will need to send us a pair of well-fitting (denim) pants so that Motoport can use them as a guide for accuracy. Jeans are returned with the order. Please call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) when sending pants.  The order must be placed to get the RA#.

•    Made in the USA in house by Cycleport. All men's and women's sizes can be made. Custom sizing, alterations and repairs can be made.  
•    When shopping for regular jeans it is possible to find 5 or more cuts in the same size. Motoport has found over the years that the only way to fit riders properly is to make each pant custom. These pants are made per order in your exact size.  
•    It currently takes approximately SIX AND A HALF WEEKS for production after receiving the order.

•    Motoport has a limited size range of the Cordura Street Jean in a light coated 620 Denier Cordura on sale for $99.00. These pants on sale are size 30 waist and smaller. Please call for availability.
