The Riva AX has a 620 denier Cordura outer shell. The 620 Denier Cordura material has no Polyurethane coating. To learn more about this click on "Save Your Hide Guide". This uncoated Cordura breathes better than Denim pants. Of all the different Cordura/Kevlar blended materials this is the least breathable. The 1000 Denier Cordura breathes better than the 620. The Stretch Kevlar breathes better than the 1000 Denier and the new Mesh Kevlar material is Motoport’s most breathable material. The Riva Jacket is made in all the above materials. Features • World's top rated, lightweight, perforated Tri-Armor that fully covers: back, shoulders, elbows/forearms, and even the chest. All Tri-Armor is in Velcro-secured pockets and can be removed. Remove the insulation in the two part liner. Without insulation ride from 40f to 85f in comfort and still be 100% Waterproof/Windproof/Breathable. Zip out the liner completely and ride from 60f to 120f. • 1.5" Scotchlite across upper back shoulders. • Cycleport new Aero-Tex Liner also has no Polyurethane coating on the face fabric. This non-coated liner allows the rider to go up even warmer in temperatures before needing to remove the liner. • Rubber coated snaps. • Four front pockets plus 2 hand warmer pockets along with inside zippered chest pocket. • Velcro adjustments straps at the wrist with a zipper closure. If you can unzip the sleeve and pull the cuffs past the bend in the wrist, you need to deduct this extra amount from the sleeve measurement.
