Impact protection is the most important element in protecting the body in a collision. The Quad-Armor would cover the full knee/shin and full wrap around thigh areas.
Quad-Armor is a new body-protective covering available as an upgrade option from Tri-Armor that is standard in all of Motoport’s motorcycle apparel. The new Quad-Armor provides a little more than double impact protection compared to the standard Tri-Armor.

Tri-Armor is included no charge in all of Motoport’s jackets/pants and one piece suits. When placing an order for one of our suits, Quad-Armor can be purchased as an option. Please use the options when placing a new order for any of our gear when you want the Quad-Armor.
This section is for returning your pant with Tri-Armor inside to upgrade to Quad-Armor. Or purchasing the Quad-Armor without any Tri-Armor to upgrade. Please give us a call at 800-777-6499 or 760-752-1048 to place the order or you can order here on our web site. We will then provide a Return Authorization Number along with the shipping address to return your pant for the upgrade. Tri-Armor should be left inside the pant to allow for proper armor pocket sizing.
If you do not have the Tri-Armor to upgrade you must order the Tri-Armor as an option. There is an extra cost added when there is no Tri-Armor to upgrade.
