Motoport started using Cordura years ago and developed jackets like the Canyon. Since then other manufacturers have been trying to catch up. Be careful! There are a lot of copies on the market today that use thinner denier Cordura, nylon not made by INVISTA and other inferior material. When deciding on a Cordura jacket look for the Dupont seal or on newer apparel the Invista seal. Also make sure the jacket uses at least a 620 Denier outer shell. Make sure all seams are Safety Lock Stitched and YKK zippers are used. Do not purchase any nylon or Polyester apparel that is Polyurethane coated. (See Polyurethane in our Dictionary.) Remember that in order for our competition to compete with our prices they have to cut costs!

Blended Materials

This is the strongest fiber used in motorcycle apparel. We use a material from Schoeller that is made from weaving Dupont™ Kevlar® with Dynatec, Nylon and Lycra. This allows for our 4 way stretch and provides the ultimate in tear and tinsile strength and abrasion protection. Our strongest most versatile suits are made with Mesh and Stretch in combination.

Rain Gear

Our rain gear is guaranteed to be 100% waterproof. Special storm flaps and superior closing systems along with double stitching and seam welding insure a dry ride. Remember our rainsuit designs are tested on the German Autobahn at break neck speeds.

Did you say you needed gloves? We have gloves that are comfortable in artic weather and ones to keep you cool in Phoenix. From the highest quality leather to the most advanced synthetic waterproof gloves, you will find them here. You can find gear that customers gave us incorrect measurements for a great bargain. It is eaisier for Motoport to make a new jacket/pant than to cut apart one that was made in the wrong size. Take advantage of these bargains if there is something close to your size. Minor alterations can be made at no cost.

We also have discontinued items left in limited sizes also at a bargain price.
