The Ultra Trek Air Mesh Suit is a fully custom, American-made one-piece suit designed for riders seeking maximum versatility, airflow, and protection. While it excels in hot weather, it easily converts into a full four-season riding solution when paired with the optional Aero-Tex One-Piece Liner—providing windproof, waterproof, and breathable comfort in cold or wet conditions.

• Superior Ventilation and Comfort:
  The suit features a full hydrophilic nylon mesh lining that wicks away moisture and remains comfortable directly against the skin. Combined with breathable stretch panels and airspace created by the armor, this suit stays cool even in high temperatures.

• Quick Entry & Exit:
  A full-length heavy-duty YKK main zipper runs from the collar to the ankle, allowing the suit to be worn or removed in seconds—no need to remove boots or base layers. The left leg also includes a secondary zipper for additional ease of use.

• Built to Last:
  All critical seams are constructed using Motoport’s proprietary Safety Lock Stitching method—five-thread woven interior with triple-stitched exterior—offering over 2,000 lbs of tensile strength for unmatched durability.

• Smart Storage & Functionality:
  Includes four front pockets, two large cargo thigh pockets, two internal chest pockets, and zippered/Velcro hip pockets for quick access to inner pant pockets. Velcro waist straps ensure an adjustable, secure fit over any base layers.

Each Ultra Trek suit is made-to-measure using your exact body dimensions for a precise fit. Stretch panels are built into the sides and under the arms for improved flexibility and comfort. After submitting your measurements, Motoport will advise if any custom charges apply. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance plus shipping due at completion.
