Constructed from advanced stretch material used in professional road racing, it offers excellent breathability and heat management from 60°F to 120°F, with the option to add a waterproof, windproof Aero-Tex liner for cold and wet conditions. Featuring Motoport’s industry-leading perforated Tri-Armor for full-body impact coverage, durable Safety Lock-Stitched seams, and a full-length YKK zipper for quick on/off without removing boots, this suit combines practical functionality with premium protection and fit. Additional features include multiple storage pockets, moisture-wicking mesh lining, and reflective detailing for enhanced visibility.

Sizing Guide:
To ensure proper sizing Motoport needs: Height / Weight / Sleeve (from center at base of neck around outside of arms to bend in wrist). To give us the most accurate sleeve measurement, follow the Dress Shirt Sleeve instructions below. Actual Chest / Actual Waist. (No jacket or pant sizes.)Do not inhale when measuring chest. Waist should be measured where you tighten the belt. All measurements taken in a relaxed position. Tape measure should also be comfortable, not tight or loose.NOTE:If ordering Aero-Tex liner we need a neck circumferance measurement at collar height or 2″ from the base of your neck.Follow these instructions to measure for correct sleeve lengthMeasuring a motorcycle jacket alone is not good. Please help to confirm the proper sleeve length by measuring a Dress Shirt Sleeve length as shown below. Also make sure to mention when providing this measurement, that this is a dress shirt sleeve length not a jacket sleeve length measurement, measured as shown in Sizing Detail.

The Stretch One-Piece Riding Suit is handcrafted in the USA and custom-tailored for riders of all sizes. Constructed entirely from the same abrasion-resistant stretch material used in Motoport’s road racing suits, it offers outstanding performance in hot weather (60°F to 120°F) and converts easily into a cold/wet-weather suit when paired with the optional Aero-Tex One-Piece Liner. This is the first one-piece synthetic suit made without a polyurethane coating—eliminating the risk of melting into the skin during a slide.

Quick Entry Design
Full-length heavy-duty YKK zipper from neck to foot and a secondary zipper on the left leg allow easy on/off without removing boots or clothing (only the left boot may need removal for larger boot styles). -
Functional Storage
Four front exterior pockets, two large cargo leg pockets, two internal chest pockets, and quick-access zippered hip pockets for reaching pant pockets underneath. -

Refer to our Sizing Guide for detailed measurement instructions. Each suit is made to order and non-returnable due to custom sizing. Motoport can alter suits if weight changes occur over time. A 50% deposit is required to begin production; the remaining balance plus shipping is due upon completion.
