Made in the USA and custom-tailored for riders of all sizes, the GP-2 Stretch Jacket is crafted entirely from high-performance Stretch material. This waist-cut jacket is designed specifically for road racing and sportbike riders. The GP-2 is the world’s first true all-season road racing jacket, capable of handling temperatures from -20°F to 85°F with the optional two-part waterproof, windproof, breathable Aero-Tex liner. Remove the liner, and you have a fully breathable jacket perfect for riding in 60°F to 120°F conditions. No need for multiple jackets—this one jacket covers all your riding weather needs.

Sizing Guide:
To ensure proper sizing Motoport needs: Height / Weight / Sleeve (from center at base of neck around outside of arms to bend in wrist). To give us the most accurate sleeve measurement, follow the Dress Shirt Sleeve instructions below. Actual Chest / Actual Waist. (No jacket or pant sizes.)Do not inhale when measuring chest. Waist should be measured where you tighten the belt. All measurements taken in a relaxed position. Tape measure should also be comfortable, not tight or loose.NOTE:If ordering Aero-Tex liner we need a neck circumferance measurement at collar height or 2″ from the base of your neck.Follow these instructions to measure for correct sleeve lengthMeasuring a motorcycle jacket alone is not good. Please help to confirm the proper sleeve length by measuring a Dress Shirt Sleeve length as shown below. Also make sure to mention when providing this measurement, that this is a dress shirt sleeve length not a jacket sleeve length measurement, measured as shown in Sizing Detail.

Note: Your dress shirt sleeve measured as shown above should be approximately 2″ shorter than the jacket sleeve length measured.

After we receive the above measurements, we will advise if any other measurements are necessary.

Features

  • World-class Tri-Armor: Lightweight, perforated Tri-Armor protects back, shoulders, elbows/forearms, and chest. All armor is removable, secured with Velcro pockets. Motoport’s Tri-Armor offers the most extensive body coverage available in motorcycle apparel, providing unmatched impact protection. It molds comfortably to your body within 30 minutes and remains breathable without trapping heat.

  • Ventilation: Two 5-inch zippered intake vents on sleeves and two 5-inch exhaust vents on the back ensure excellent airflow, even when riding slowly in hot weather.

  • Storage: Four zippered outer pockets (two upper chest, two hand warmer), plus one inside chest zip pocket.

  • Adjustability: Velcro straps at the collar, biceps, forearms, wrists, and waist allow for a customizable fit.

  • High-quality hardware: All zippers are durable Heavy Duty YKK, including a full circumference waist zipper designed to connect to pants for added safety. Note: It’s essential to match your pant zipper size to the jacket for proper connection. We offer zipper sewing services if needed.

  • Durability: All seams use Safety Lock Stitching, offering over 2000 lbs of tear strength.

  • Comfort: Fully lined with breathable Hydrophilic Mesh that wicks away sweat, keeping you comfortable against the skin.

  • Reflective Scotchlite upgrades in various sizes and colors for enhanced visibility:

    • 1.5″ Gray or Bright Yellow (back, sleeves, or biceps)

    • 3″ Gray or Bright Yellow (back)

  • Three types of 100% Waterproof, Windproof, Breathable Aero-Tex Jacket Liners:

    1. No insulation liner (comfortable from 40°F to 85°F)

    2. Two-part liner with zip-out Thermoloft insulation (wear from -20°F to 55°F; remove insulation to stay comfortable up to 85°F)

    3. No insulation liner with zip-in/out heated liner (ultimate cold weather comfort; remote control available)

  • Small zippered sleeve pocket for quick access to keys or change ($19)

  • Emergency Information Pocket ($19): Bright red stretch panel on the right shoulder with Velcro closure and pull tab, easily visible to first responders.

  • Clear Velcro Pocket (6” x 4”) for maps or ID access ($29), removable and typically placed on left sleeve.

  • Clear sewn-on ID Pocket (4” x 3”) for secure facility entry ($19), usually placed on the left sleeve.
