Why Aero-Tex Outperforms Traditional Liners

Unlike Gore-Tex and other breathable membranes that contain a 20% or higher Polyurethane (plastic) coating on the outer fabric, the Aero-Tex Liner is made without any Polyurethane coating on either the face fabric or the interior mesh. This allows for vastly superior airflow and breathability—especially in warm weather.

  • With the Thermoloft® Insulation layer installed, the system is rated for temperatures as low as -20°F and up to 55°F.

  • Remove the Thermoloft layer to ride comfortably in temperatures ranging from 40°F to 90°F—while still enjoying 100% waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection.

  Note: Wind chill is not factored into the temperature ratings. For example, riding a naked bike at 60 mph in 30°F weather results in a wind chill of -20°F—conditions this liner is built to handle.
