Constructed with durable, breathable materials and featuring full wraparound Tri-Armor in the thighs, knees, and shins, these pants provide industry-leading impact coverage. A moisture-wicking mesh lining keeps you cool, while a flexible waist panel and secure closure system ensure a comfortable, secure fit. Built with heavy-duty stitching and YKK zippers, they’re ideal for long rides and harsh conditions. Multiple upgrade options, including suspenders, reflective trim, and over-the-boot cuffs, allow for full customization.

Sizing Guide:
To ensure proper sizing Motoport needs: Height / Weight / Sleeve (from center at base of neck around outside of arms to bend in wrist). To give us the most accurate sleeve measurement, follow the Dress Shirt Sleeve instructions below. Actual Chest / Actual Waist. (No jacket or pant sizes.)Do not inhale when measuring chest. Waist should be measured where you tighten the belt. All measurements taken in a relaxed position. Tape measure should also be comfortable, not tight or loose.NOTE:If ordering Aero-Tex liner we need a neck circumferance measurement at collar height or 2″ from the base of your neck.Follow these instructions to measure for correct sleeve lengthMeasuring a motorcycle jacket alone is not good. Please help to confirm the proper sleeve length by measuring a Dress Shirt Sleeve length as shown below. Also make sure to mention when providing this measurement, that this is a dress shirt sleeve length not a jacket sleeve length measurement, measured as shown in Sizing Detail.

Motoport’s Air Mesh Pants are engineered for riders who demand premium protection and performance without sacrificing comfort. Handcrafted in the USA and tailored to your exact measurements, these pants are constructed from ultra-breathable materials and equipped with Motoport’s world-renowned perforated Tri-Armor. This lightweight, impact-rated armor offers full wraparound protection for the thighs, knees, and shins—more coverage than any other motorcycle pant on the market. The armor molds to your body in about 30 minutes and remains breathable thanks to a built-in air channel between your skin and the gear.
A soft Hydrophilic Nylon Mesh interior lining wicks away sweat, keeping you cool and dry even during long rides. The pants include a 4-inch stretch panel at the waist for easy on/off and all-day comfort, along with a police-grade closure system that secures with a heavy-duty buckle and protective flap—designed to stay put in case of a slide. Additional features include two zippered hip pockets, heavy-duty YKK zippers throughout, leg cuff zippers with locking Velcro, and Safety Lock Stitching rated to over 2,000 lbs of tensile strength.
